Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
New outpatient treatment is available at our hospital.
We are now utilizing monoclonal antibody treatment to help treat non-hospitalized patients with mild or moderate cases of COVID-19. Monoclonal antibodies are laboratory-made proteins that mimic the immune system’s ability to fight off harmful viruses. These intravenous (IV) treatments help lessen the severity of the virus in individuals who are COVID-19-positive and are at risk for developing a severe form of the disease.Patients receiving treatment at our hospital will be required to stay for a duration of 2 hours: 1 hour for treatment followed by a 1-hour observation. Contact your primary care physician to find out if this treatment is right for you.
