N. Paul Morin, II, MD Announces Retirement
May 25, 2018
Wythe County Community Hospital announced today that after almost 30 years of dedicated service to patients, staff, and community, Dr. N. Paul Morin, II has decided to start a well-deserved next chapter in his life.
The announcement of his retirement draws mixed emotions of sadness, joy, and nostalgia. Over the years, Dr. Morin has practiced orthopedic medicine at Wythe County Community Hospital and helped thousands of people in our surrounding area to recover from their joint and bone injuries. He has had an impressive career and is highly regarded by his peers and community for his expertise in total knee and hip replacement surgery.
“When we think about the communities we serve, we are all aware of the footprint Dr. Morin has left”, said Joseph Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer of Wythe County Community Hospital. “The lives that he’s impacted are so many, from the patient side to those who have had an opportunity to work with him over the years. Dr. Morin always put his patients first and his incredible career can be echoed by many patients who have been under his care”.
“I intend to remain a resident of Wytheville, but hope to spend more time enjoying retirement with my family”, said Dr. Morin. “I am so grateful for the support and opportunity to serve this community for so many years”.
Join us in wishing Dr. N. Paul Morin, II and his wife Jenny the very best as he moves into his retirement.
