Our non-invasive cardiology services diagnose and monitor heart disease on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Conditions Treated

  • Cardiac valve replacements
  • Chronic stable systolic CHF (with ejection fraction of =/< 35%)
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Coronary artery bypass surgery (within the last 12 months)
  • Heart attack (within the last 12 months)
  • Stable angina

Services Include

  • Cardiac monitoring during exercise & detailed physical assessment
  • Education on dietary topics, medication, breathing exercises, risk factors & how to prevent cardiac disease progression
  • Education at home care exercise outside of cardiac rehab
  • Improve exercise tolerance for cardiac rehab patients
  • Cardiac stress testing
  • Echocardiogram
  • Pacemaker & automated defibrillator insertion/management

  • Adults
  • Patients who are recovering from acute coronary events
  • Post myocardial infarctions including ST elevation, MI & non-ST elevated MI
  • Post cardiac catheterization with or without intervention/stents or angioplasty
  • Ischemic cardiomyopathy
  • Post heart transplant care
