Wythe County Community Hospital's Chief Executive Office Vicki Parks was presented the Paul Harris Award at Wytheville Rotary Club. The Paul Harris recipient goes above and beyond in serving our community through promoting change and understanding. The Rotary motto is “Service Above Self.”
