Wythe County Community Hospital Announces Emergency Department Director

Wythe County Community Hospital's Emergency Department Director Nichole Davis, RN, BSN, MBA
Wythe County Community Hospital (WCCH) is pleased to announce Nichole Davis, RN, BSN, MBA, as the new Director of the Emergency Department.
Davis brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a proven record of fostering staff engagement, elevating patient experiences, and driving operational excellence. Her extensive background in education, performance improvement, and leadership development has consistently advanced quality and safety within the organizations she has served.
“I am honored to take on this role at Wythe County Community Hospital,” said Davis. “As a Southwest Virginia native, I am deeply committed to serving the community I was raised in and continue to call home. I look forward to working with our dedicated team to ensure exceptional care for every patient who walks through our door.”
Davis began her nursing career after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Virginia Western. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
Outside of her professional role, Davis is proud to call Southwest Virginia home, where she enjoys spending time and making memories with time with her family.
