Wythe County Community Hospital Welcomes Farrah Vaughn, FNP-C, to Expand Cardiovascular Care Services

WYTHEVILLE, Va. – Wythe County Community Hospital (WCCH) is pleased to announce that Farrah Vaughn, FNP-C, has joined Wythe Physician Practices and will provide cardiovascular care alongside Aldino Cellini, MD, helping expand access to heart and vascular services for patients throughout Wythe County and the surrounding region.

As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Vaughn brings a patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care and is dedicated to helping individuals better understand and manage their heart health. She works closely with patients to support prevention, early detection, treatment, and long-term management of cardiovascular conditions while encouraging healthier lifestyles and improved overall well-being.

While Vaughn is new to the WCCH cardiology team, she is already a familiar face to many residents throughout Southwest Virginia. Having cared for patients in surrounding communities for many years, she has built strong relationships and earned the trust of individuals and families across the region. Her arrival at WCCH brings that trusted care even closer to home, making her a welcomed addition to both the organization and the Wytheville community.
